At Blissful Body Aesthetics, we do our best to make sure all of your needs are taken care of. If you have to cancel or change your wax appointment, just let us know 24 hours in advance. For peak appointment times (Thursday, Friday & Saturday) if you inform us less than 24 hours before your scheduled time, we have to charge an $25.00 administration fee.

Please note that all transactions, including deposits and service fees, are non-refundable. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

We do offer a 10 minute grace period for all of our clients convenience, anyone arriving after 15 minutes would be considered a NO-SHOW appointment without notifying us and your appointment slot will be automatically cancelled and the above would apply.  You will have to reschedule and unfortunately cannot be guaranteed an appointment slot for the same day.

Following one NO-SHOW appointment, you will be required to add a card on file. If there are two NO-SHOW appointments, a deposit will be required to book any future appointments. If a card declines the no-show fee, the appointment will be canceled, and you will need to clear the balance to reschedule.

Groupon clients must be new to Blissful Body Aesthetics or have not visited us in the past year. If you are using a Groupon during peak appointment times it will be marked redeemed for any last minute cancellations & ALL NO-SHOW appointments.

For facial clients, if appointment is cancelled same day or if you no-show, a card on file is required for future bookings.
